Since our establishment in 1996, we have been trusted to handle various massive construction projects involving sophisticated technology, including the largest fertilizer plant in Kalimantan, coal handling facilities and explosive plant, sub-sea pipelines and power plants. We also have the essential technical and practical knowledge in handling construction projects under various schemes, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) both under lump sum fixed price and cost-plus-fee payment scheme. Our lawyers have comprehensive knowledge and experiences in infrastructure projects, including water, petrochecmical industry and subsea gas pipelines project, therefore, we are able to switch our position in representing the clients’ best interests, either as project owners or as contractors.
