TR & Co. has advised and represented many of its clients with regard to termination of employment and severance matters, drafting and registration of Company Regulation or Mutual Work Agreement, drafting employment contracts, as well as advising its client with regard to (i) the scheme and provision of pension funds; (ii) secondment arrangements, and (iii) provision of mandatory training and social security programs.

TR & Co. has also been involved in representing its client in an industrial relationship dispute either by way of bipartite scheme or appearing before the relevant Industrial Relations Court. In addition, TR & Co. has also provided its legal services related to employing expatriates in various industries in Indonesia.
