• Financing: Our lawyers have assisted clients in various types of financing, from simple secured and unsecured bilateral financing to multiparty-related financing as in syndicated or club-deal schemes. We have represented both of corporate debtors and financial institutions, therefore we know how to represent the interests of each side and to give proper advice and actions for the closing of the deal.
• Restructuring and Reorganization: Our lawyers also have experience in conducting restructuring towards non-performing debts, which sometime includes corporate restructuring and reorganization of the relevant debtor(s). We could also assist in the pre-IPO restructuring in order to minimize complexities and improve compliance level to ease the implementation in the subsequent round.
• Sharia Financing: We are one of the recognized firms in handling Sharia-based transactions in Indonesia. Not only private clients, our knowledge and practical experience have enabled us to represent some major players in the Sharia-based transactions, among others by representing the Government of Indonesia in the issuance of the Global Sukuk under Reg S and 144A regulations in 2014 and the Domestic Retail Sukuk since 2008 until 2015 and by representing Perusahaan Penerbit Surat Berharga Syariah Negara Indonesia III in the issuance of Sukuk Wakala in 2015.
