Faizal is a Partner at TR & Co. with extensive experience in construction (Engineering, Procurement and Construction/EPC) projects, grant projects funded by international organization, general corporate, transactions in chemical/fertilizer industry, corporate finance and secured transactions (domestic and international) (including financing in aviation industry), investments (including foreign and domestic investments), banking, energy, oil and gas, corporate reorganization (including acquisition) and dispute settlement through Indonesian National Arbitration Body (BANI). In addition, he also has experience in handling liquidation process of the companies.

Faizal has been assisting several major state-owned enterprises in their respective several EPC-based projects.Faizal has extensive experience and expertise in drafting and negotiating EPC Contracts  as well as custom-based construction contracts for protecting specific interests of  the owner’s of the project.

Faizal obtained both of his Law Degree and Master of Laws Degree from the University of Padjajaran. Faizal is a registered advocate at the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and he speaks both English and Indonesian.Faizal has passed certification of liquidator held by Perkumpulan Profesi Likuidator Indonesia and he is also a certified construction contract specialist (BNSP).
