Projects milestones

TR&Co. acted as legal counsel for Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the Controlling Shareholders, in the merger of PT Lippo Bank Tbk and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. This merger was carried out in accordance with the implementation of Bank Indonesia’s Regulation on Single Presence Policy. Our role involved navigating the legal complexities of combining these two major banks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating a seamless integration.
