Projects milestones

Since 2003, TR&Co. has provided advisory services to PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur and other state-owned fertilizer companies. Our expertise spans various transactions and projects, including advising on the construction and development of an ammonium nitrate plant in collaboration with a state-owned company in the explosive industry. Additionally, we have experience in supply of natural gas transactions.

TR&Co. has been providing legal services to both the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia since 2015.
