Projects milestones

• As Indonesian legal counsel, TR & Co. represented Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad in connection with the financing of the purchase of 6 ATR aircrafts by a leading aviation company in Indonesia involving imposition of fiduciary security rights over the equipment of the aircrafts, personal guarantee, issuance of Irrevocable Deregistration and Export Request Authorization (IDERA) under Indonesian laws and creating as well as registration of International Interest under the International laws (Cape Town Convention).
