TR&Co. supporting US$600,000,000,- Indonesia-USA Compact Program

TR&Co. feels honored providing legal services to Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia, an institution established under Compact (signed and entered into by and between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Republic of Indonesia)  with regard to the implementation of projects under Millennium Challenge, i.e. Green Prosperity Projects (GP Projects), the Community-Based Health and Nutrition to reduce Stunting Projects (CBHN Projects) and Procurement Modernization Project (PM Projects), having allocated grant fund of approximately US$600,000,000.00. With regard to GP Project, TR&Co. has assisted and advised Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia in reviewing renewable energy power plant construction documents, including the relevant construction contracts submitted by the implementers of the projects.
