TR&Co. successfully handling transfer of Japanese ammonia plant at Bontang-East Kaltim

TR&Co. successfully represented PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in connection with the assets (plant) acquisition of a major Japanese Ammonia fertilizer plant company. The deal value was approximately US$ 120,000,000. T&R was involved in conducting legal  due diligence which included reviewing all  business contracts, licenses and permits of the company, as well as  environmental compliance issues. The documents prepared and negotiated include the Heads of Agreement, Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement  and long term Offtake Agreement.
