TR&Co. represented PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk,which primarily engages in automotive financial services, in connection with (i) Bonds Offering through Third Shelf Registration Program Tranche V, with total proceeds ofRp2,014,000,000,000.00 and (ii) Sukuk Offering through Third Shelf Registration Program Tranche II, with total proceeds of Rp386,000,000,000.00;  the company’s bonds and sukuk are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
