TR&Co. represented PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk,which primarily engages in automotive financial services, in connection with (i) Bonds Offering through Third Shelf Registration Program Tranche IV, with total proceeds ofRp1,700,000,000,000.00 and (ii) Sukuk Offering through Second Shelf Registration Program Tranche II, with total proceeds of Rp86,000,000,000.00;  the company’s bonds and sukuk are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
