TR& Co. represented PT Federal International Finance, a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk, which primarily engages in automotive financial services, in connection with Bonds Offering through Third Shelf Registration Program Tranche II, with a total proceeds of Rp2,650,000,000,000.00;  the company’s bonds are listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
