TR&Co. represented PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk which primarily engages in automotive financial services, in connection with (i) Bonds Offering through Fourth Shelf Registration Program Tranche I, with total proceeds ofRp1,300,000,000,000.00 and (ii) Sukuk Offering through Third Shelf Registration Program Tranche I, with total proceeds of Rp200,000,000,000.00;  the company’s bonds and sukuk are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
