Represented the majority shareholder of an Indonesian peer-to-peer lending operator in internal restructuring and shareholding adjustments. Assisted in the operator’s funding expansion plan.

• Search Engine Provider’s Indonesian Subsidiary:

Advised a major Chinese search engine provider on its Indonesian subsidiary’s day-to-day business matters.

• Strategic Partnership for Market Research App:

Represented a strategic partner to a Singapore-based market research app, facilitating cooperation and collaboration in the Indonesian market.

• Entry into Indonesian Market for P2P Lending Operator:

Assisted the majority shareholder of a Singapore-based P2P lending operator in assessing entry into the Indonesian market. Prepared standard agreements and policies pre-OJK Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016.

• IDX Core Trading System Procurement:

Represented the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in procuring and enhancing its core trading system (X-tream INET) and market supervision system (SMARTS) from OMX Technology AB (Nasdaq).
