Oki joined TR & Co. Lawfirm in 2006 as an Associate. Oki practices Handling Capital Markets Transaction and hasve substantial experience in dealing complex legal structures and technical issues and are accustomed to providing solutions that meet the needs of the for various transactions and clients. Oki has also Acting as a legal advisor to investment assisted companies with respect to the preparation of the file for their licensing, including the drafting of all relevant documentation (articles of association, internal regulations and the documentation necessary for the provision of services to the clients).

Oki’s major area of practices are Capital Markets Transactions (including Securities and Mutual Funds), Merger and Acquisition, Corporate Restructuring and, General Corporate, Mutual Funds.

Oki obtained his Law Degree from University of Gadjah Mada and a registered advocate at the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He speaks both English and Indonesian.
