David is a Senior Associate of TR & Co. He joined TR & Co. as a Junior Associate in 2013. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya University, majoring in International Law and further obtained his Master of Law degree from Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. He speaks both English and Indonesian.

In TR & Co., he has involved in handling various corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, international grant projects, government islamic securities (sukuk), construction projects, corporate financing, liquidation and arbitration (BANI). He has been also involved in client’s projects related to mining, oil & gas, fertilizer and other general corporate matters.
