Naufal joined join TR & Co. in 2017 as a Junior Associate. He graduated from Faculty of Law Parahyangan Catholic University, majoring Civil Law. He speaks both English and Indonesian.

Naufal’s area of practices covers capital markets transactions, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, general corporate, mutual funds. Handling Capital Markets Transaction and have substantial experience in dealing complex legal structures and technical issues and are accustomed to providing solutions that meet the needs of the clients.
