Construction Project of Commercial explosive Plant

As a law firm having specialization in construction project, TR&Co. has been trusted to handle construction project of a commercial explosive plant producing ammonium nitrate as collaboration between member of state owned fertilizer company and state owned company engaging in explosive industry. Acting as EPC Contractor in this project is consortium PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk- Sedin Co. Ltd (china based construction company).  In this project, TR&Co. has been extensively involved assisting owner of the project in preparation and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
