As part of its response to vast changing in business and in particular in legal sector, Thamrin & Rachman Law Firm’s name was transformed to become “Thamrin Rekan & Co. Law Firm” or in short “TR & Co.”, but it still maintains its core practice as a forefront boutique law firm with impressive portfolio and dominant role in Project Construction and Operation, Energy (Mining, Oil & Gas, Power) and Infrastructure sectors since 1996. History Highlight
Established in Jakarta as boutique lawfirm
Represented the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (“GoI”) in Sukuk Issuance
Represented PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in the prestigious Kaltim-5 Plant construction project (the largest ammonia/urea plant in South East Asia using single train system and one of the fertilizer plants having largest capacity in Asia. This project was inaugurated directly by the President of Republic of Indonesia Bapak Joko Widodo on 19 November 2015
Represented GoI in the GMTN issuance program
• Represented GoI in the Issuance of Sukuk Wakala • Awarded with the Islamic Award 2014
Assisted an International Institution and Bappenas in the Implementation of USD 600 milllion Grant Program to all eligible Indonesian grantees, communities and societies (“Grant Program”)
Assisted an International Institution and Bappenas in an arbitration proceeding related to certain disputed aspect of the Grant Program
